A beta test form of Facebook Home, the lately introduced Android launcher that marks Facebook's steps into smartphone software possession, has leaked online in front of the official launch on 12 April.
It's been drawn in the ROM of the HTC First - the very first "Facebook Phone" - by cell phone site MoDaCo, that provides it for download.
You will find some limitations, however. Not must proprietors do the installation in their own risk - it does not have some features, including Chat Heads, enabled - however it is only going to focus on mobile phone models having a maximum resolution of 1280 x 768. Nevertheless, MoDaCo states that it'll focus on any Android device that fits that specs. The ultimate Facebook Home is only going to use specific products on launch, namely?HTC One, HTC One X, HTC One X+, Samsung Universe S III, Samsung Universe S4 and Samsung Universe Note II.
It'll work on the Nexus 7, despite the fact that official tablet support isn't slated until later around.
The leak is available in the form of three APKs associated with by MoDaCo. All of them have to be installed for this to operate. Again, achieve this at the own risk. Either that, or hold back until the state release hits Google Experience Friday.
